When you message me, please include:Character References: A character sheet or 2–4 clear pictures (Toyhouse links are preferred).The Idea: Your desired pose (SFW) and the emotion/expression you want.Details: Any specific design notes or background preferences (please be brief and clear).Payment Info: Your email address so I can send the PayPal invoice.Payment & Fees
Currency: Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD only.For Brazilians: Payment must be made via PIX.All payments must be made in full before I start the work.I may charge an extra fee for very detailed characters (extra limbs, wings, complex armor, etc.).Deadlines & Communication
You will receive a sketch within 1 week to 1 month after payment.My general deadline is 1 to 3 months, as I am balancing college and my health.I struggle with depression, anxiety, and memory issues. If you think I’ve forgotten your drawing, please DM me for an update! I might just be having a hard time mentally, but I will always update everyone if I need to take a break or delay work.I use Trello so you can keep track of my queue.Refund Policy
No Refunds: I do not offer refunds once payment is made. Please be sure you are ready to commit before paying.I guarantee you will receive your commission within the estimated time unless I have a major health or technical emergency.Revisions (Changes)
You get 3 free revisions during the Sketch and Base Color phases.Please respond to WIPs (Work in Progress) within 1 week. If I don't hear from you, I will continue the drawing as-is. Changes requested after this or beyond the base color phase will require a small fee.Rights & Usage
I retain the rights to my artwork. I may use it for self-promotion, my portfolio, or as a sample for future sales.No AI or NFTs: You are strictly prohibited from using my art for NFTs or feeding it into AI learning datasets. Doing so will get you permanently blocked.Client Usage: Your commission is for personal use only (posting on socials, etc.) with proper credit to me. Commercial use must be discussed and paid for separately.Please do not edit my artwork yourself. All changes should be handled by me during the drawing process.
Design Terms of Service
By obtaining a design from me, you agree to these terms: (This is a pre-paid digital art piece; no physical copy was purchased.)♡ Payment plans for designs over $200 may be discussed.♡ You may edit, alter, change, or draw over the original piece.♡ You must ALWAYS credit me as the original design creator, even if you have made edits or changes.♡ You MAY resell or trade the design.♡ You may not profit from my designs, or sell the design for more than you originally paid, unless it includes extra commissioned artwork.♡ Following any chargebacks or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account), I regain the rights to the design and reserve the right to resell it (this includes cases where you have commissioned further art of the design).Thanks for reading!
